I founded Geneen's Gift Gallery with one goal in mind: giving my customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Shipping Policy
I currently ship within Canada out of Derwent, Alberta through Canada Post with Tracking and Full Insurance.
All items will be packaged in a gift box and bubble mailer to ensure it arrives safely.
Art work will be similarly packaged to protect it from bending or other damage.
If possible I will package multiple items in the same box to save on additional shipping costs.
Shipping prices are set by Canada Post and based on the amount to be insured and all Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time of your order.
Within Canada, shipping times are usually 1-7 business days.
Please note that I cannot guarantee shipping times and therefore will not refund orders for late arrivals.
Payment Policy
I accept PayPal and E-transfers as payment. Please note you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase using PayPal.
Returns and Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is very important to me. Please do not hesitate to contact me immediately with any questions or concerns.
Damaged Items: If an item is defective in any way once received, please contact me immediately so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund. Once I receive the item back in its original condition I will mail a replacement at my expense or issue a refund.
Refunds and exchanges: If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, Please contact me within 5 business days of receipt of the item and I will gladly exchange it or refund your money less shipping charges once I have received the returned item in its original condition.
Please package it carefully to ensure it arrives in its original condition.
Item must be post dated within 5 business days of initial contact about dissatisfaction.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping that includes tracking and insurance for the full value of the piece.
